Event Day Delivery

Our event day delivery service ensures your linens arrive at the venue the morning of your event, ready when you can access the space. Covering locations within 20 miles of North Kansas City, this option allows you to focus on other details while we handle timely delivery. 

If outside of radius please request quote. Client in charge of setting linens on Tables & required to return linen 

Set Up

$50.00

Take the stress out of table preparation with our set-up service, available with any delivery option. We’ll place linens on tables and ensure your venue is event-ready, giving you more time to enjoy your day. Add this service to your booking for a polished, professional setup.

We’ll drop off your linens the morning of your event and pick them up afterward. Available within 20 miles of North Kansas City for your convenience!

This depends on the stain. Most stains come out in our typical washing cycle, however some stains are little more difficult. If we have to use special chemicals to get your stains out it may cost you extra.

Please remove all debris (confetti, napkins, food,etc.) from your tablecloths, If any of your items are wet please allow them to air dry as much as possible before placing them in the bag to prevent molding. 

We allow for pick ups from our NKC office during office hours on Thursday & Friday. We of course will do our best to make reasonable accommodations if outside of these times. 

Returns are open for the Following Monday or Tuesday after the event. 

Many venues are no longer allowing open flames on the tables, however, if yours does, please ensure that the candles are enclosed in hurricane or votive style vases. The Drip candles although beautiful, candle wax will damage our linen and you will be billed replacement costs as outlined on invoices. Replacement Costs range from $2-$25 per linen. 

All of our linens are first come, first served. While we strive to have a large inventory, we recommend securing your order as soon as possible. We allow for Qty adjustments up to 14 days prior to your event. It is always best to plan to order 1-2 additional as back up. Especially for any last-minute additions, spills, or missed tables. 

We offer All Wrinkle Free Linen Meaning all our linen does not hold crease marks, pulls it's out wrinkles. All will come Neat and Hung.
